Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Items must not be worn, used, washed or show any signs of use. Returns that are received in an unsuitable condition will not be accepted. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Sale or seconds items cannot be returned.

We recommend that you only try new items on indoors, just in case you need to return them.

Refund Process:

  1. Email walkandwild@outlook.com to request a refund/ exchange. You must include your order number and reason for your return. We will respond with instructions on how to return your order. 
  2. Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order, with your order and customer details contained within. The Customer is responsible for any return postage costs, we also advise only using tracked mailing services and to always retain proof of postage.
  3. Refunds will be confirmed via email. Accepted refunds will be credited to the original payment method at time of placing the order.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
Please ensure you measure your pet and double check your sizing before placing an order. If you are unsure of sizing please use the size chart shown in the product information.

If your order arrives and you have accidentally ordered the wrong size, please send us an email at walkandwild@outlook.com and we can arrange the correct size for you. If this is the case, we cannot guarantee the size you need will be in stock so please double check sizing before placing an order.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that are not in perfect, re-saleable condition.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
